While I love the natual sense of typing myself and other people. I was wondering if anyone had information on how the types interact with each other like Employer and Empoyee relations.

Wed, July 6, 2005 - 2:58 PMOf the popular Enneagram teachers out there right now, I think Helen Palmer has the most available on work relationships. I know she has a book called " THe Enneagram Advantage: Putting the 9 Personality Types to Work in the Office". I haven't read it myself but it may be what you're looking for. -

Fri, July 8, 2005 - 6:59 AMBeyond the basic types working together (or not) I think an individual's state of mental health and level of personal development has a huge impact on the dynamic. The more emotionally healthy (i.e. less stuck in their fixation) someone is, the easier they find it to get along with a variety of types, IMHO.
